1 ½ ounces Premium Vodka
½ ounce Blue Curacao
½ ounce Raspberry Liqueur
¾ ounce Lime Juice
½ ounce Simple Syrup
add splash Club Soda
In a shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, blue curaçao, raspberry liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds until well combined and chilled. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice. Top it off with a splash of club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge or a raspberry for an extra pop of color.

Pineapple Orange Jelly
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- A few drops of neon food coloring (choose from green, pink, or yellow)

In a shaker, combine the rum, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice. Shake well to chill and mix the flavors. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass. Carefully add a few drops of your chosen neon food coloring until the desired bold neon hue is achieved.
Glow Factor: The vibrant neon colors of the Day-Glo Daiquiri make it especially eye-catching under blacklights, creating a stunning visual spectacle. Enhance the glow with a contrasting black or white straw garnish for added flair.

2 ounces Midori
1 ounce Absinthe
1 ounce White Rum
½ ounce Lime Juice
½ ounce Simple Syrup
2 ounces Tonic Water
1 Egg White
1 piece Dry Ice
add Needed Edible Silver Dust

1. In a shaker, combine Midori, absinthe, white rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using).
2. Dry shake (without ice) for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
3. Add ice and shake vigorously for another 15 seconds.

Fruit and Aloe Jelly
1 cup Tonic Water (plus 2 tablespoons)
¼ ounce Unflavored Powdered Gelatin
2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
¾ cup Gin
1 tablespoon Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tablespoon Rosewater (optional)

Mix ingredients and put in fridge over night

Espresso Martini w/ Dark Rum - $5k gil

Tsai Tuo Vounou
1 ½ ounces Dos Maderas 5 +5 Rum
¾ ounce Hot Espresso (or Cold Brew Coffee)
¾ ounce Coffee Liqueur (like Kahlua)
¼ ounce Demerara Syrup (1:1)

1. Prepare your Demerara Syrup by dissolving 1 part cane sugar into 1 part boiling water. Let cool.
2. Chill a V-shaped Martini glass or a Coupe.
3. Add your hot espresso or cold brew to your shaker.
4. Add your Demerara Syrup to your shaker
5. Add your Coffee Liqueur & Rum to your shaker.
6. Fill with cracked ice.
7. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds
8. Strain into your chilled glass
9. Garnish with 3 coffee beans

Nano Cola (non-alcoholic) - $5k gil

Commanding Craftsman
1 cup Water
1 ½ cups Sugar
2 Lemon (juice, 1/3 cup, and 4 peels)
4 Lime (juice, 1/3 cup, and 5 peels)
½ Orange (juice, 1/4 cup, and 1 peel)
3 slices Ginger
2 drops Neon Green Food Dye
2 teaspoons Lemon Extract
1 ¼ cups Club Soda
9 tablespoons Citrus Syrup
1 teaspoon Citric Acid
add Ice

Combine the water, sugar, lemon peels, lime peels, orange peel, and ginger in a saucepan. Place over medium-high heat. Whisk until the sugar has dissolved and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and strain into an airtight container. Add the lemon, lime, and orange juice. Mix in the food dye and lemon extract. Allow to cool.
Once cooled, cover, and store in refrigerator for at least 12 hours and up to 2 weeks.
To make a serving, combine the syrup, citric acid, and ice in a cup. Pour in the club soda and stir.

Neon Creme Italian Soda (non-alcoholic) - $5k gil

Cinnamon Creme Coffee
1 ½ cups Water
1 ½ cups Sugar
½ Pitaya (a, 3.5oz pack of frozen, aka pink dragon fruit, found ours at Whole Foods!)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup Berry Flavored Sparkling Water (that does NOT contain citric acid)
3 tablespoons Pink Dragon Fruit Simple Syrup
1 tablespoon Half & Half
add Cream (for garnish)
add Cherries (for garnish)
Start by making the neon pink simple syrup. Bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil, then reduce heat to low and stir in ½ a pack of frozen pitaya. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved, the pitaya has melted, and the syrup has thickened slightly.
After ten minutes, remove from the heat and stir in vanilla extract. Then, strain the pitaya seeds out through a fine mesh sieve. Transfer the neon pink simple syrup into a heatproof container and refrigerate until cold.
When you’re ready to serve the sodas, fill a glass with 1 cup of berry sparkling water. Stir in the simple syrup and drizzle in a tablespoon of half & half.
Garnish the Neon Italian Cream Sodas with whipped cream and a cherry!
